How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free and tracked on every Chinology Mask subscription order.

How long does delivery take? Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 days. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Subscription deliveries. Each subscription delivery ships on its renewal date, every 4 weeks, with the same free tracked shipping.

Customs and bank fees. Some banks charge their own fees on online purchases. These fees are set by your bank and are not received by us. If you notice one, please contact your bank.
